Welcome to Al Quran Companion. By registering for Quran classes—whether for yourself or your child—you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully.

OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Al Quran Companion. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Al Quran Companion. By accessing our website and enrolling in any of our educational services, including Quran classes, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including those additional policies and notices referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers, students, guardians, and users contributing content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or subscribing to our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the website or use any services.

SECTION 1 - EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

Al Quran Companion offers online Quran learning programs globally. Our services include one-on-one and group Quran classes, Tajweed, Quran memorization programs, and other related instruction. Sessions are delivered online through third-party platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or proprietary LMS tools is subject to their respective Terms of Use and Privacy Policies. Services may vary based on your selected package and teacher availability.

SECTION 3 - ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you confirm that you are either at least 18 years of age or are using our services under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Accurate information must be provided during registration and updated as necessary.

SECTION 4 - TRIAL CLASSES

We offer up to three (3) free trial classes or one (1) free Evaluation class to new students. Trial classes are non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled once booked. After the trial period, a paid monthly subscription is required to continue services.

SECTION 5 - PAYMENTS AND BILLING

All fees are charged monthly in advance. By enrolling in any plan, you authorize Al Quran Companion to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, or other authorized gateways. Transactions are processed using industry-standard encryption. If a payment fails or remains unpaid for over seven (7) days, your classes may be paused or canceled. Slots cannot be held without timely payment.

SECTION 6 - AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. To avoid recurring charges, cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the next billing date. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are current.

SECTION 7 - REFUND POLICY

Payments are generally non-refundable once classes begin. You may request a full refund only if you cancel before attending your first scheduled class.

Refunds will also be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • Verified duplicate billing

  • Technical errors that prevent class delivery

  • Instructor no-shows lasting more than five (5) consecutive days

No refunds will be issued if the value of the refund is less than the processing fees charged by the payment gateway (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the issue to: support@alqurancompanion.com.

SECTION 8 - CLASS RESCHEDULING AND ATTENDANCE

To qualify for a make-up class, you must notify us at least four (4) hours in advance. Missed classes without timely notice are marked absent and are not eligible for rescheduling. Make-up classes are offered based on teacher availability. Long-term absences (14+ days) without communication may result in slot loss without refund.

SECTION 9 - TEACHER ASSIGNMENTS

We reserve the right to change teacher assignments to maintain service quality or scheduling flexibility. If a teacher resigns or is unavailable, a replacement will be provided. Direct contact with teachers outside our official channels is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 10 - HOLIDAYS AND BREAKS

Teachers observe Islamic public holidays. No refunds or make-up classes will be given for these holidays. To hold your slot during a personal break, full payment is required in advance.

SECTION 11 - CLASS RECORDINGS

Classes may be recorded for training, monitoring, and quality assurance. By participating in our services, you consent to such recordings. For data use details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 12 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All educational materials, class recordings, and content provided remain the intellectual property of Al Quran Companion. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is prohibited.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website or services to:

  • Violate laws or regulations

  • Abuse or harass instructors or other users

  • Circumvent our payment or attendance systems

  • Reproduce class content without permission

  • Transmit malware or engage in fraudulent activity

Violations may result in immediate service termination without refund

SECTION 14 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Al Quran Companion shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by technical issues, internet outages, or third-party platforms. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 30 days.

SECTION 15 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For disputes, please contact our support team at support@alqurancompanion.com. We aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly. Legal disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

SECTION 16 - CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

SECTION 17 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
