Refund Policy

OVERVIEW

This Refund Policy applies to all Quran learning services offered by Al Quran Companion. Throughout this policy, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Al Quran Companion. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined here as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We are committed to offering transparency and fairness regarding payments and refunds. This policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued.

SECTION 1 – FULL REFUND ELIGIBILITY

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment before attending your first scheduled class.

Refunds may also be granted under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate billing confirmed on our end

  • Verified technical issues from our end that prevent class delivery

  • Instructor no-shows for more than five (5) consecutive scheduled days

Refund requests must be submitted to support@alqurancompanion.com within seven (7) days of the issue for consideration.

SECTION 2 – NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be issued under these conditions:

  • Once the first class has been attended

  • Requests made after seven (7) days from the issue

  • Refund amount is less than the payment processor’s fee (e.g., Stripe or PayPal charges)

  • Discounted or promotional packages, unless service was not delivered

  • Absence from scheduled classes without prior notice

  • Requests due to dissatisfaction unrelated to service delivery

SECTION 3 – CLASS CREDITS FOR PAUSED LESSONS

Students who need to pause their classes can retain the remaining balance as class credit, valid for up to three (3) months from the pause date.

After this period, the credits will expire and are not eligible for refund or extension.

SECTION 4 – HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and typically take:

  • 10 to 14 business days for PayPal or card payments

  • Longer for bank transfers depending on the issuing bank

Please include the following in your request:

  • Full name of student

  • Registered email address

  • Payment receipt or transaction ID

  • Detailed reason for refund request

SECTION 5 – DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

We encourage you to contact us directly at support@alqurancompanion.com for any payment disputes.

Filing a chargeback without prior notice may lead to temporary suspension or permanent termination of your classes.

SECTION 6 – POLICY UPDATES

We reserve the right to revise this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page and communicated to clients at least 30 days in advance.

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
