1. We record all classes for quality assurance. If you are not comfortable with this, please inform us. This is also mentioned in our Privacy Policy.
   
   
2. After completing free trial classes, you must decide whether to continue. If you continue, fees are due monthly in advance. Failure to pay on time may result in a pause in classes.
   
   
3. Classes may be stopped if payment is overdue by more than 7 days
   without a valid reason.
   
   
4. To hold your slot with the same teacher after a break, full fees will be charged to reserve the slot.
   
   
5. Paid leaves are not subject to make-up classes unless the schedule and teacher remain unchanged. No make-up classes for leaves exceeding 5 days.
   
   
6. Missed classes without prior notice (except emergencies) are marked absent with no make-up classes arranged. Make-up classes depend on teacher availability.
   
   
7. Inform your teacher or the support on WhatsApp before 4 hours in advance to cancel a class and qualify for a make-up class.
   
   
8. Classes may be canceled if a student is absent for more than two weeks without prior notice, with no refunds provided.
   
   
9. Do not share your contact information (phone number, email, address, credit card) with any teacher. Al Quran Companion is not liable for misuse.
   
   
10. We reserve the right to change teachers as needed for quality purposes.
    
    
11. If a teacher resigns or is terminated, a new teacher will be provided. Students must not stay in touch with former teachers, and Al Quran Companion is not responsible for any issues arising from such contact in future.

     

12. Fees may increase by 5-6% annually at the end of the Gregorian calendar year.
    
    
13. Do not discuss payments or share contact details with teachers. Al Quran Companion is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such discussions.
    
    
14. Fees may vary according to our policies at the time.
    
    
15. Eid holidays are paid leave for teachers, with no make-up classes or refunds.
    
    
16. We may revise these Terms of Service & Conditions at any time, with updates posted on our website.
