Al Quran Companion delivers Quran education online through live, one-on-one and group classes conducted by qualified instructors. Our services are provided remotely via secure video platforms, supported by structured scheduling, progress tracking, and responsive student support.

Service Provisioning Workflow

  • Inquiry and consultation through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email.
  • Free trial or evaluation class to assess level, goals, and schedule preferences.
  • Plan selection and payment confirmation to secure your class slot.
  • Teacher assignment based on availability, language preference, and student objectives.
  • Schedule confirmation and delivery of recurring meeting links.
  • Regular classes delivered at the agreed time, with attendance tracked.
  • Progress reviews and curriculum adjustments provided periodically.

Class Delivery Channels

Classes are delivered via widely adopted platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Login credentials and meeting details are provided once your trial, evaluation, or regular Quran classes are scheduled.

  • Stable internet connection (10 Mbps or higher) is recommended.
  • Any modern device (desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone) can be used.
  • A quiet environment and a headset improve learning quality.

Scheduling and Time Zones

We support global time zones and schedule classes according to your local time. Slots are held for active subscriptions and may be adjusted during public holidays or Ramadan based on mutual agreement.

  • Rescheduling and make-up rules follow our Cancellation Policy.
  • Long-term breaks can be arranged according to the Pausing Your Course policy.

Onboarding and Teacher Assignment

  • After payment, your slot is confirmed and a teacher is assigned.
  • We match teachers based on qualification, availability, and student needs.
  • Teacher changes may occur to maintain service quality and scheduling flexibility.

Support and Communication

Our support team is available to assist with scheduling, technical issues, and learning guidance.

  • Primary channels: WhatsApp, phone, and email.
  • Typical response time: within 24 hours.
  • Escalations handled by education coordinators when necessary.

Curriculum and Progress

We follow a structured curriculum tailored to the student’s level and objectives. Teachers provide ongoing feedback, and progress is reviewed regularly.

  • Tajweed, Recitation, Memorization (Hifz), Tarteel, Tafsir, and Arabic basics.
  • Customized lesson plans with periodic assessments.
  • Certificates of appraisal can be issued upon request.

Service Limitations

While we strive for consistent delivery, occasional disruptions may occur due to internet outages, platform maintenance, or teacher emergencies. In such cases, make-up classes are arranged per policy.

  • Slot retention requires timely monthly payments.
  • Missed classes without timely notice are not eligible for rescheduling.
  • Technical issues are addressed promptly with alternative arrangements where possible.
