Cancellation Policy

Overview

This Cancellation Policy applies to all Quran learning services offered by Al Quran Companion. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to adhere to these cancellation and rescheduling guidelines. Our goal is to maintain a consistent schedule for effective learning while accommodating necessary changes.

Section 1 – Class Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that schedule changes may be necessary. To ensure fairness to our teachers and other students, the following rules apply:

• Notice Period: You must provide at least 4 hours notice prior to the scheduled class time to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
• How to Cancel: Cancellations should be communicated directly to the Customer Support on WhatsApp, Phone or on Email.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice will be considered as attended classes and deducted from your monthly quota.
• No-Show: If a student does not attend a scheduled class without prior notice, it is marked as a "No-Show" and the class fee is forfeited.

Section 2 – Make-up Classes

If a class is cancelled with proper notice (at least 4 hours in advance), you are eligible for a make-up class.

• Make-up classes must be scheduled within the same billing month or as agreed upon with your instructor.
• We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time for make-up sessions, subject to teacher availability.

Section 3 – Teacher Cancellation

In the rare event that your teacher needs to cancel a class due to an emergency or technical issue:

• You will be notified as soon as possible.
• A make-up class will be arranged at a time convenient for you.
• If a make-up class cannot be arranged, the class credit will available for the whole month to take the make-up Quran class

Section 4 – Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

• To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please submit a cancellation request at least 3 days before your renewal date.
• Cancellation requests should be sent to support@alqurancompanion.com.
• Upon cancellation, you may continue to take classes until the end of your current paid period.

Section 5 – Pausing Your Course

If you need to take a break from your studies (e.g., for travel or exams), you can request to pause your course.

• You can pause your subscription for a specified period.
• Unused class credits will be held for up to 3 months.
• Please notify us in advance to arrange a pause.
